This privacy policy describes how the Mr. Seven mobile application collects and uses its users' information. For the purposes of this policy, we are the data controller and refer to you as a user of the application's services, whether you are a customer, a visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected in accordance with this policy.

1. Collection and use of your information

1.1 Information you provide to us

• Account: email address and password, or login via Google or Apple. Used to create and secure your account and give you access to the Services.
• Profile: first name, date of birth, address, country of residence, languages, academic level, field of study, results, target countries and levels, budget, and other information provided during onboarding. Used for school and program matching and to personalize your recommendations.
• Documents: files you upload (CV, cover letters, transcripts, diplomas, ID, etc.). Used to help you prepare your applications.
• Interactions with the AI assistant: the messages you type and, when you apply through the assistant, the content of the application pages you view. Used to generate the assistant's responses. We do not use your content to train AI models.
• Payment: if you subscribe, the payment is processed by the Apple App Store. We neither receive nor store any bank card data.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: usage events (screens viewed, actions in the app), app version and platform, stored in our own database to understand and improve the service.
• Push notification token, if you enable notifications.

2. Cookies and tracking technologies

Mr. Seven is a mobile application and does not use advertising cookies. It stores technical data on your device (session, preferences, cache) needed for it to function. You can manage permissions (notifications, camera, photos) from your device settings.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
